On April 24, the President signed the PPP/HCE Act, which gave the administration $14 billion in discretionary funds to research, develop, validate, manufacture, purchase, administer, and expand capacity for COVID-19 testing.

Wonder whether it has done anything with those funds?

HHS has not dispersed its $8 billion.

CDC, has not spent must of its $4 billion.

CDC could not produce a test that worked. Now it can’t even pay for tests by others that do work.
