On April 24, the President signed the PPP/HCE Act, which gave the administration $14 billion in discretionary funds to research, develop, validate, manufacture, purchase, administer, and expand capacity for COVID-19 testing.
Wonder whether it has done anything with those funds?
HHS has not dispersed its $8 billion.
CDC, has not spent must of its $4 billion.
CDC could not produce a test that worked. Now it can’t even pay for tests by others that do work.
“Just a fraction of the $2 billion Congress set aside to cover testing for uninsured Americans has been spent …”
